RETURNS
Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be unused
• the item must be in its original packaging
• the item must be in the same condition as received
Items sent without a return request cannot be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• opened or used products
• items damaged after delivery
• products not in original condition

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• a clear photo of the item and packaging
We will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• processing times depend on the payment provider
• original shipping costs are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
After processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• the item is incorrect
• the item arrived damaged
In these cases, return shipping will be arranged by our U.S. operations team.
