Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within  Fast Standard Shipping (2–5 Days) after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as promotions or holidays.

Once the shipment is prepared, customers receive an email containing tracking details.


Shipping Carriers

We work with established carrier networks to provide stable and trackable delivery service, including:

  • UPS

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, service availability, and package specifications.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the shipment date:

United States: Fast Standard Shipping (2–5 Days)

International destinations:

Shipping Rates

Address Accuracy

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, please allow additional time for carrier updates.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, the case will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be provided.


International Orders & Customs

For international shipments:

  • local duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • customs processing times vary by country
